Does not work with Azure deployment

description

The skin does not appear to work with Azure deployments. Inserting new pages or modules produces the following error:

Note: Tested on both DNN7 and DNN8, on a vanilla (untampered) Azure instance, using an Azure SQL database.

I couldn't test on Azure, but basicly the Skin didn't use the SQL Database expect the DNN Registration of the Skin. It Looks for me like some issue with permissions on Azure or security filtering.
